7-Day Return Policy:
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, so we have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as the receipt.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at trendestlb@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide you with instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items for return without prior authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions:
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
